Purchases & Subscriptions
Q: Premium features not unlocked after purchase?
A: Tap "Restore Purchases" in settings, or restart the app and ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select [Your App Name] → Cancel Subscription. Note: Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Widgets & Live Activities
Q: Widget not updating or showing stale data?
A: Check Settings → Notifications → Allow [Your App Name]. If issues persist, remove and re-add the widget, or restart your device.
