This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (as the user, "You") and the developer and provider of the Focus Candle mobile application ("We," "Us," or "Licensor"). This EULA governs your use of the Focus Candle mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices that you own or control, and to access and use the App on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
You may not:
a. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
b. Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work of the App;
c. Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access to or use of the App;
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark notice) posted by us or our licensors on the App;
e. Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended.
The App, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the property of the Licensor.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the App. We may terminate this EULA at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
